It’s BAAACK!!! Simplexity’s Halloween Mechatronics Contest returns with some “killer” contenders.
We finally made it to our favorite month, October! A month when our engineers get busy designing and building Halloween-themed mechatronic contraptions that use advanced engineering skills in mechanical, electrical, computer, and controls engineering for a chance to win CASH prizes and major bragging rights.
This year we have 2 amazing teams participating, and we need YOUR VOTES to help us determine who will be the Grand Prize winner!
So, what kind of skills go into designing a Halloween Mechatronics contraption for your entertainment?
- Mechanical Engineering
- Electrical Engineering
- Firmware Engineering
- Software Engineering
- Systems Engineering
Along with a hefty list of engineering skills, special expertise is needed when dealing with design that incorporates mechatronics, embedded motion, gear design and analysis, Internet of Things (IoT), and smart sensing.
If you like engineering, Halloween, robotic things, or just like watching funny, creative videos, you are not going to want to miss the 2022 videos submissions below!
Grab some popcorn while you are waiting for your next Zoom call, take a break, and watch these creative videos. Don’t forget to vote for your favorite once a day using the voting platform after the videos (our amazing engineering teams will be eternally grateful).
