CONTRACT MANUFACTURER SELECTION AND READINESS

Matching a production project to a CM is a two-way street. Not all projects are optimal for all CMs, and they will need to vet the suitability of project just as clients need to vet them.

• Project Information Sheet for CMs – Clients can use this template to provide key project information at an initial meeting with a CM so that the CM can assess project fit for their team and facility.
• CM Capability Assessment Survey – Clients can use this survey to assess the CMs capabilities as related to the Client’s product.
• CM RFQ Package Template – Once CM finalists are selected, this template provides guidance on all the documents and information that will be needed for project quoting by the CM.
