Requirements ​

• Production line verification of product PCA​
• Verify all key hardware external interfaces (servo, pen drive, BLE (Bluetooth Low Energy))​

Hardware and Software ​

• Windows PC based system with custom software​
• Custom test board with microcontroller unit (MCU) and test firmware​
• Zebra Barcode Scanner, Intel BitBlaster FPGA programmer, J-Link FW programmer, Nordic nRF52 BLE dongle.​

Tool Operation ​

• Graphical User Interface (GUI) assisted hardware connection​
• Flash PCA: App MCU, BLE MCU, FPGA​
• Motor drive, encoder and pen drive tests via serial commands​
• Button and LED tests: operator initiated & confirmed​
• BLE tests via BLE dongle & serial commands​
• Test results stored to AWS production database
